Snowdrops & Cream Tea

Chippenham Park is a thriving family estate. The House, gardens, and park were created at the very end of the 17th Century by Admiral Lord Russell with permission from William III. The gardens have been awarded the highest two-star rating by the Good Gardens Guide and are notable for their vast swathes of Snowdrops and Aconites in the late winter. The fully licensed Potting Shed Tearooms serve delicious home-made hot food, teas, coffee and cakes. Around 2.30pm we make our way to the prettiest village in Essex for a lovely cream tea in the Fox Inn, Finchingfield
