The Edinburgh Military Tattoo is an annual spectacular. This year we are staying in the Loch Lomond & Trossachs area of Scotland, with an overnight stop just north of York on the outward journey but direct home on the sixth and last day.
A full week including Edinburgh with guided tour and Forth Boat Cruise, Callendar and Loch Katrine and scenic winding Dukes Pass. Day on Loch Lomond visiting Balloch and Luss as well as a loch cruise.
On Friday we head for home and expect to be back around 6 to 7pm but with two drivers we will be able to serve snacks and drinks on the move but will also take suitable comfort breaks.

On the outskirts of Aberfoyle, set in Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, Rob Roy Hotel features excellent food and friendly staff the casual restaurant serves locally sourced cuisine, and an informal bar/lounge offers light fare and has a pool table.
